- Management Office 8am- 4:30pm Daily
- Clubhouse – 8am – 4:30pm Sunday through Thursday and 8am – 8pm Friday & Saturday
- Fitness Center- FOB access daily from 6am – 8pm otherwise clubhouse hours.
- Indoor Pool – 8am – 4:30pm Sunday through Thursday and 8am – 8pm Friday & Saturday
- Outdoor Pool – Closed for the season
- Interactive Fountain- Closed for the season
- Sunset Island Bar & Grille- Closed for the season
- Marisol’s Market & Cafe – Closed for the season
- Trash pick-up for the townhouses and single family homes- Tuesday & Friday
